1st Plot (Plot 12) EXCHANGED!!
On Wednesday 21 January we finally exchanged on our first plot - Plot 12 (one of our five Cedar houses with the burnt cedar cladding on a large part of the front elevation), tucked away in the south-western part of the development. Time for the buyers to start ordering a few robotic lawnmowers as there is a heck of a lot of lawn to mow. Either that or buy a few sheep!!
