Attention to detail is what we are known for. We are NOT your bog standard housebuilder!!
We are a premium developer proud of what we build. A lot of effort goes into sourcing high quality materials, sanitaryware, kitchens, paving stones, bricks etc. In this 2 East Gate cloakroom which we have completed in the traditional Cotswolds way, we have tongue & groove wooden panelling, high quality Burlington sanitaryware and vanities, with the tongue & groove and walls and skirting boards painted in Farrow & Ball (F&B) Ammonite, and the 2 vanities in F&B Pigeon, and ceilings in F&B School House White. You just can't paint a room all in the same colour these days!! Similar colour scheme in the 1 East Gate utility and cloakroom.
