Plot 12 hot tub slab - in!! Just waiting on the home garden office and footpath now
The plot 12 buyers are delightful... They were the first to reserve one of the houses well before we had a show home to show them and the first to exchange. They're desperate to get in but need to wait until our access issues at the lower part of the site allow it (we can't have new residents being injured by construction traffic so soon after moving in!). They're so delightful that they even baked a huge multi-tiered birthday cake, complete with tractors and diggers, for our Site Manager's birthday a few weeks ago!
