Plots 13 and 14 are our largest homes at a whopping 2,540 square feet over three storeys. There are bifold doors from the kitchen/dining room and the sitting room on to the raised terrace which overlooks the garden and woodland. A perfect for those early evening G&Ts in the Sun!
